streamlining the harvesting process for small to medium-scale potato farmers. Unlike a full harvester, a potato digger focuses primarily on lifting potatoes from the soil and leaving them on the surface for manual collection, rather than fully separating or conveying them.

(typically spaced 60-90 cm apart).Blades lift potatoes along with some soil and vines, depositing them on the ground.
