Assembly precautions (1) During the assembly process, please be careful not to leave burrs on the assembly surface and do not allow dust to enter;

(2) After assembly, apply dust-proof treatment to the exposed holes;

(3) Apply rust inhibitor to the input shaft and flange;

(4) When spraying paint, the nameplate and installation surface need to be covered to avoid painting.

-Operation precautions (1) When transporting hydraulic pumps, do not apply strong impact to the drive shaft of the pump body;

(2) Before operation, it is necessary to exhaust through the exhaust port to fill the housing with clean hydraulic oil;

(3) When running the hydraulic pump, be careful not to let hydraulic oil and other liquids flow onto the surface of the hydraulic pump assembly;

(4)The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil used should meet NAS level 9.
