Length and heavy load have always been important challenges to overcome in manufacturing large heavy-duty ball screw pairs. This series of products has overcome design, heat treatment, straightening, raceway forming processing, and dynamic detection technologies. In terms of structural design, the product adopts a design structure with multiple paths and large diameter ball circulation circuits. The maximum rated dynamic load of the product is 126 tons, and the maximum rated static load is 595 tons. we have now put into use a series of equipment, including a 10 meter large lathe, a 10 meter hard body rotary milling machine, a 10 meter large grinding machine, a 10 meter medium frequency quenching machine, a 10 meter large straightening machine, and a 10 meter laser screw (pair) stroke error measuring instrument We have taken the lead in establishing the first production line for a single 10 meter ball screw pair in China. The 10 meter laser screw (pair) travel error measuring instrument has been calibrated and put into use by Jiangsu Institute of Metrology, solving the key technology in the dynamic detection process of a single 10 meter ball screw pair. We have established an industrial base for large-scale heavy-duty ball screw pairs.
