HC rotary blower structure and working principle
As the rotor, eccentrically mounted within the cylinder, rotates, the four blades within the rotor slots produce a reciprocating motion, drawing in, compressing, and expelling air, forming the fan. The blades, rotor, and cylinder body rub against each other, generating frictional heat. Therefore, when the fan is running, a drip nozzle drips the necessary lubricant into the cylinder to lubricate the friction surfaces, reducing frictional heat and noise. This also creates an oil film between components, maintaining the fan's seal. The lubrication system utilizes the pressure differential generated by the fan's operation to automatically supply oil to the circulation system. Therefore, the fan cannot be operated without load.
