Introduction The hydraulic flow control valve block is the core component for achieving precise flow control in the hydraulic system. It effectively controls the movement speed of the actuator by adjusting the flow of hydraulic oil, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various hydraulic equipment. Product introduction The 2-position, 2-way valve can be equipped with a direct-acting solenoid valve and a directional control valve. The valve has a design flow rate of 40 L/min and uses a T13A orifice. This 2-position, 2-way valve can be equipped with a direct-acting solenoid valve with a poppet-type orifice. Both normally open and normally closed configurations are available. Seals are available in nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), and fluororubber (FKM) to ensure leak-proof operation. The valve port of this valve block can also be adapted to a two-position solenoid spool valve and a reversing valve with a flow rate of 45L/min. The two-position two-way valve can be equipped with a solenoid valve, which adopts a direct-acting balanced structure and also has normally open and normally closed functions. In addition, the valve port supports a direct-acting, soft-switching solenoid poppet valve. The reversing valve has a design flow rate of 15 L/min and can be equipped with a two-position, two-way solenoid valve. The poppet valve structure has a soft-start feature that significantly reduces system impact during valve actuation.
