What is a two-stage water ring vacuum pump The two-stage water ring vacuum pump uses the gas discharged from the first stage exhaust port to be inhaled by the second stage suction port, and then compressed and discharged by the second stage. The second stage is to reduce the exhaust pressure of the first stage, so as to improve the suction limit vacuum of the first stage. Working principle of two-stage water ring vacuum pump: In order to generate vacuum in the two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump, the multi blade impeller on the shaft is eccentrically positioned in the cylindrical shell, which is partially filled with sealing fluid When the shaft rotates, the centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller generates a liquid ring. This force keeps the liquid ring on the inner wall of the pump chamber. Because the impeller is eccentric in the pump chamber, the depth of the blade entering the liquid ring decreases and increases with the rotation of the impeller. This increases the volume of the battery at the inlet end, creating a vacuum.On the discharge side, as the blade further enters the liquid ring, the volume of the impeller unit decreases. This will increase the pressure until it is discharged through the discharge port. The continuous flow of fresh sealing liquid is supplied to the pump through the sealing liquid inlet. The liquid will not be discharged from the first stage to the atmosphere. Instead, the first stage discharge enters the second stage through the manifold and through the discharge port in the intermediate plate between the first and second stage impellers.
