LWX5 CNC Thread Grinder

WMX series CNC cylindrical grinding machine is applicable for precise grinding of complexshaft part, stepped part, outer cylinder of tools, especially for outer cylinder of tap threadand milling tools.

Choosing Beiping machine with automatically changing Feeder, CNC three-axismanipulator, or RB6 six-axis multi- functional robot, then also with our online measurement options, small batch production or long-time unmanned automatic grinding can be easilyrealized.

Direct Drive / Linear Motors are also optional for work piece Axis (B Axis), and linear axis.An extra obvious Accuracy is created by the application of Heidenhain / Renishaw scale.Granite table is equipped for anti-collision purpose, which also reduces the negative effectcaused by temperature changes.

Our three-Axis coupling machine can grind non-cylindrical cam surfaces,improve grindinginterpolation accuracy, and ensure high tap-form, matched roughness on surface, andGrinding precison.
