Yongli power is an enterprise specializing in the production of planetary reducer / gearbox. We have developed tens of thousands of specifications of planetary reducer / gearbox, drive device, rotary drive device and winch drive device. The transmission ratio range is 3.3~9000, and the output torque range is 500~1200000 Newton meters. The installation, size and performance parameters of the reducer are exactly the same as those of famous European brands, and can be completely replaced and interchanged.We have the most advanced testing equipment, such as spectrum analyzer, tensile strength tester, impact value tester and hardness tester, magnetic particle flaw detector, sand blasting machine and heat treatment equipment for the detection of chemical composition of rubber materials. In addition, the precision machining workshop has very advanced equipment: 23 CNC lathes, 10 vertical CNC boring and milling centers imported from South Korea, 1 horizontal boring and milling machine, 2 ordinary milling machines, 1 grinder, 10 drilling machines and taps, 2 semi-automatic saws, 1 coordinate measuring machine, 1 projector, 1 processing surface quality testing machine and 1 mahr altimeter. The tolerance of our products can be controlled below 0.01mm. The accuracy of the testing machine is within 0.005mm. ISO9000 has been implemented. Raw materials include waxless castings and forgings of steel, alloy steel and ductile iron. All parts will be tested for material chemical composition, strength and elongation. 80% of our products are exported to North America and European countries. The products are applicable to hydraulic cylinders, truck brakes and engines, such as truck hydraulic cylinder ends, connecting rods, pistons, connecting rods, oil valves, oil seals, rubber seals and brake valves. At present, we are providing truck brake parts for PAC brakes. Some of our main customers are Hunter engineering, Rocore, globe, tiger, tribal, fusion, Emerson, etc.
