Product Description

Engineered for maximum uptime and efficiency, our mining belt conveyor features a reinforced steel frame, superior abrasion-resistant belting, and energy-efficient drives. Its modular design ensures low maintenance, reduced operational costs, and reliable performance in the harshest industrial environments.

Working Principle:

The system operates in a sequential, automated process. First, raw materials like aggregates (sand, gravel), cement, and additives are stored in separate bins and silos. On command from the PLC control system, a specific weight of each aggregate is discharged from the bins onto the long-distance belt conveyor. The belt conveyor then transports the materials upwards and into the twin-shaft mixer. Simultaneously, precisely weighed amounts of cement, water, and additives are also fed into the mixer. Inside the mixer, all components are intensely blended for a set duration to create a uniform batch of concrete, which is then discharged into a waiting concrete mixer truck below.
