Working Principle:

This equipment operates on a simple, effective principle. An electric motor drives a slowly rotating impeller via a V-belt and a speed reducer. Sand and gravel enter the washing trough from the feed chute, where they are agitated and scrubbed in the rotating hopper. As the hopper rotates, aggregate is removed from the water, while impurities and contaminated water are discharged through the overflow outlet of the discharge weir. Clean sand and gravel are lifted by the hopper and poured into the discharge trough for dewatering, completing the entire cleaning process.
